At Foxglove® Clothier, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
